The background of this research is the idea that successful leadership is having a role in increasing performs of organization. The successful human resources are influenced by the success of the leader. The effectivity of a leader is start from making a plan, making an effective decision and strategy, and then communicates those things through good behavior. The limited question of this research is there any relations between: communication with leadership, work motivation with leadership, communication and also work motivation with leadership. The design of this research applies survey method with administrative employee and head of department as respondent at one of University in Jakarta. The method of this research is using technical regression, simple and multiple correlations. Then, continued with t and f test. The result showed that there is positive and significant relations between: (1) communIcation with leadership, (2) work motivation with leadership, (3) communication and also work motivation with leadership.
