In the analysis of the study, the instructional criterion refers to the content of each application for a vocabulary learning based on its general and specific features. While, the utility criterion focuses on the technical aspects of its application. In analyzing the apps, the researcher used a qualitative desrcriptive method in which the researcher describe the data of information in terms of features, strengths, and weaknesses from the two apps based on the instructional and utility criteria.
