This journal describe the literatures that build the teaching & learning’s satisfaction with students as its consumers that evaluate the quality of a higher education institution. The result showed that the teaching & learning’s satisfaction were constructed by the satisfaction of facility, academic staf, administration staf and academic’s process. This construction were describe after 2 times of more test, in order to get an esasy questioner-for the students.
