Abstract
This research was conducted to see the effect of Music, and layout design towards purchase intention at café. This study also analyze the role mediation emotion arousal. The instrument used to obtain data was an experimental. The data got from experimental were issued to 80 respondents in University of Catholic Atma Jaya Jakarta. The respondents was choose randomly by the author. The purpose of this research is to analysis purchase intention which is including the atmosphere store and layouts with mediated emotion arousal. The object in this research is a 3D picture of the café. This research is using experimental with 80 respondents in total and its going divided into 4 groups. Tools analysis that been used in this research are One-way ANOVA and Hayes with software SPSS 25.00. The Results from this study found music while being mediated by emotion arousal have a significant effect towards purchase intention. Also found emotions arousal mediated layout design towards purchase intention have a significant effect. Emotion arousal as mediated also being proven to mediated music and layout design towards purchase intention.
