Abstract
Bobanas is a culinary business that offer beverage products with boba toppings made from fresh pineapple. The vision of Bobanas is to become a business that is well known to the public and become one of the best beverage businesses in Indonesia in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. To achieve the company’s vision, Bobanas has several missions, such as: 1. Creating beverage products from natural ingredients and fresh fruits, 2. Maintain the quality of the products, 3. Providing fast, friendly, and satisfying customer service, 4. Always innovationg to create superior products. The opportunities for the establishment of this business are: there is no beverage with pineapple boba topping in Jakarta and surrounding areas, lifestyle trends of people in Jakarta that visit cafes or restaurants as a place to gather with friends or family, and the population increases every year (the population of DKI Jakarta in 2020 is estimated at 10.6 million). Bobanas requires a capital of Rp49.300.000. Profit projections estimated in the first year (2020) reached Rp29.130.425 and increased in the fifth year (2024) amounting to Rp 193.941.622. This business generates a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp328.423.591 which means this business is feasible to run because the value of the NPV is positive with a Payback Period of 1 year and 3 months.
