There are three kinds of heat capacity: Classical heat capacity, Einstein heat capacity, and Debye heat capacity. Debye model assumes that atoms vibrate and its number of states contributes to heat capacity. The last step in the Debye model formula derivation is the derivation of internal energy with respect to temperature. The integration can not be solved analytically but it can be solved numerically. Numerical integration methods using in this paper is the Newton-Cotes method which uses 240 segments. Numerical integration is approximated by first order to five order polynom.
