This study examined the influence of a set of four antecedent (Super ordinate goals, organization rules and procedures, accessibility, and knowledge sharing), and cross-organizational cooperation on the attainment of IS project outsourcing in Indonesia Banking Industry. Using hierarchical regression analysis, the result indicated that knowledge sharing, and accessibility had positive significant effects on cross-organizational cooperation. Further, cross-organizational cooperation was a significant predictor of IS project outsourcing, and it can mediate antecedents and outsourcing IS project success. A sample was chosen from all IS projects in banks. This study used the purposive sampling method with judgments. One criterion was used to develop a relatively homogeneous sample. All IS projects are outsourced. Applying these sample selection criteria yielded a starting sample of 33 IS projects. Sixty respondents were involved in this study. There are two conclusions (General conclusion and special conclusion) in this study. General conclusion explained the research from statistical results. Special conclusion described the research based on in depth interviewing among respondents and several phenomena, captured by researcher. This study also provided directions for future research and the impact on banking industry.
