Indonesia Rule of law has put Pancasila as the source of all sources of law. As a system of legal norms, Pancasila is a fundamental norm in the country. All legal system must be sourced and can be returned to this fundamental norm. Indonesian legal system that until now in force, not yet fully made the Pancasila as the source of either formal of substantial law. Criminal law reforms carried out in order to establish the joint state law. Based on the characteristics that are owned, Pancasila would create a legal system that sees individuals as social beings without abolishing the characteristics of individual beings as God's creation. Legal System (Criminal) Pancasial is the historical task that must be realized for the protection of human rights.
