Abstract
Daddoo is an online clothing store for babies and children. This brand has a vision of becoming one of the leading brands in Indonesia engaged in baby and child clothing. The mission of this brand is to creating variety and innovating baby and child apparel based on trend and market, and also prioritizing the product quality. There are several things about opportunity that Daddoo could see, such as the increasing level of baby birth rate, industrial development and government support, has a sustainable market, high percentage of social media and e-commerce user, and the calculation of income estimation with minimum sales of 130 apparel, it could achieving Rp 670.800.000,00 and the percentage of average growth of sales is 24,28% per year. The market target of this brand is parents or else who use social media or e-commerce that need or want to buy a baby or child apparel. The profit projection is Rp 55.538.000,00 and the percentage of average growth of profit is 49,5% per year. The initial funding requirements Rp 111.023.000,00 to start the business.
