Isi artikelConsumer satisfaction has been studied as the result of mental processes namely as an evaluation process. It is considered that the evaluation process is directed toward the product attributes. New researchs show that the evaluation process that becomes the bases for satisfaction or dissatisfaction responses basically is an evaluation process toward emotional responses occuring during the product consumption process rather than toward the attribute of the product itself. Therefore an element needs to be added into the diagram of consumption and evaluation experience.
