Questions on keeping a secret folder and creating links are answered. To find the hidden folder on your desktop, open Windows Explorer by clicking the Start button, then select Programs (or All Programs), Accessories, Windows Explorer. In the Explorer window, browse to your Desktop and open the Folder Options dialog box. To create a hidden folder (in Windows 7, Vista and XP) that is hidden but still accessible, right-click on the desktop folder you want to hide and select Properties, Customize, Change Icon. Separately, Excel allows you to create links automatically by dragging and dropping data between workbooks, and this approach sometimes finds it useful, especially when the workbooks are displayed side by side. To use this approach, open both the source and destination workbooks and display them side by side by selecting Arrange All from the View tab.
