This study promotes a more rational approach and comprehensive in determining policy choices about the idea of moving the State capital of Jakarta to the island of Borneo. The thought underlying this choices is in the interests of the wider Indonesian nation and far into the future-oriented, namely to strengthen the existence of Indonesia as a maritime State, gave birth to a new epicenter of the approaching region and the periphery to the center left government of the country, as well as the State Capital to build a quality global city.
