Arguments and views on replacing the capital of Indonesia have widely discussed both practitioners and academician. Persons who pro for replacing and reallocate the capital of Indonesia are based on arguments the Jakarta is no longer suitable and fit to be a capital due to terrific traffics, floating, quality of water, surface of sea above the land, sanitation, and unhealthy environment. These problem have unrest dissatisfaction of citizen. However, budget concern of reallocating expenses also that Jakarta has strongly attached with history as the capital of Indonesia as well as struggling capital for Indonesia Independence. To maintain, revitalize and re-manage Jakarta is one option that need acceleration to avoid further damage of the environment.
