Abstract
Roemah Pala is a business engaged in the culinary field that provides a variety of foods and beverages containing pala fruit and all the products we offer use sugar diabetes so the product of Roemah Pala is safe for diabetics. The vision of Roemah Pala is the first choice for people to consume a variety of foods, desserts, and healthy pala fruit drinks. The mission of Roemah Pala is providing products with high quality raw materials (using natural ingredients and without preservatives) and hygiene, providing safe foods, desserts, and drinks for diabetics, introducing pala fruit and the benefits of pala fruit to public, increase public awareness to maintain a healthy body, providing services that are fast, friendly and satisfying to consumers, and maintain quality and continue to make innovations. And the opportunity of Roemah Pala is the growth of the food and beverage industry is 9.23% in 2017, the number of micro-small businesses in the Bintaro Region is 100,271 businesses, which proves that Bintaro is the right target market, the development of pala fruit in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase where pala fruit production has increased by 5.35% per year viewed from 1967-2007, the number of people with diabetes and continues increase since 2013 by 0.5%. The market strategy of Roemah Pala is a public from middle to lower middle to upper class with an age range of 18-70 years who suffer from diabetes and also care about health, offering products made from pala fruit and safe for diabetics, having an outlet in Bintaro, South Tangerang, determine the selling price based on cost plus pricing, and promotion through brochures, social media, and mouth to mouth. The business strategy of Roemah Pala is prioritizing product quality and providing maximum service. The financial target of Roemah Pala is : 745.524.000, the initial funding needed is Rp. 167.186.248, and net income in the first year is Rp. 189.678.880.
