Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of country of origin image, product knowledge, and product involvement on Samsung's smartphone purchase decisions. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to “Samsung Members” Jakarta, which were set as many as 230 respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study examined multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics Data Editor Version 22. The results of the study show that country of origin image, product knowledge, and product involvement all have a significantly influence on Samsung's smartphone purchase decision. Similar research in the future should examine the other variables beyond the variables that used in this study or comparing Samsung with the other similar product brands.
