Isi artikelMany countries are interested in investing in china because of its cheap labour and huge internal market. Similarly, china is anxious to acquire foreign capital and technology to develop its economy. However, in recent years, serious problems of capital introduction arose during the process of foreign direct investment in the country that jeopardize the existence of many enterprises with foreign interests. This article inefficiency cause various hindrances to capital contribution, enterprises with "faked" foreign interests are formed to obtain tax preferences and management autonomy, profit - sharing ratio between the chinese and foreign partners in joint ventures is distorted by inaccurate assest valuation when capital is introduced, and delayed capital contribution is made possible by the weak enforcement of laws and regulations. Finally some remedies are also suggested to rectify these problems.
