Up to now, Jakarta is the primary city in Indonesia. The city is grown up from fisherman village at Ci Liwing river month then having fisical development tremendously after the republic of Indonesia Independence, mostly due to the urbanization.In period yearof 1960 to 1965, there was a connection 0f energy between Central government and the jakarta local government in building city of jakarta.However, the following periods the city development is going everywhere, uncontrolled on the environment infrastructure, basically on roads, drainase, and environment sanitation. The structure of urban management is the central of activities and infrastructure is not match to one another.the accumulation of city environment problems such as culture, economy, social, natural and fisic have energized the thoughts of transferring the capital of indonesia to other side of jakarta or if possible jakarta to reinforce revitalization on its city so it will be existed as heroic city for indonesia Capital.
