By using data collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange data from 2015 - 2017. Using the method already used Jeremias and Ghani 2005 measurement tools of strategy, ROE to measure performance and Good Corporate Governance uses Board of Commissioners meetings as a measure. The purpose of this study is to find information on whether the strategy created will improve the performance of the company and its control tools function in carrying out the strategies made. And the results are in accordance with the research hypothesis where the strategy has a positive effect on the performance of the company and also good corporate governance as a moderator variable to strengthen the positive relationship in the relationship of the strategy to the company performance.
