Puberty is characterized by physical and emotional changes in a person who moves from childhood to adulthood. Physical changes experienced by pre-adolescents are characterized by the maturity of the reproductive organs. The reproductive organs maturity in women is characterized by menstruation, while the reproductive organs maturity in men is characterized by nocturnal orgasm. According to Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) survey, the information about reproductive health education among adolescents is still relatively low so that pre-adolescence needs to be provided by the information related to reproductive health. Several methods were conducted through interviews and questionnaires to obtain the results that were in accordance with the needs. The result of this study is the development of a pocket book that deals with reproductive health entitled "Rahasia Tubuhku" which is specifically for fifth grade students of primary school, where it aimed to provide students with information and understanding related to reproductive health so that children can maintain themselves to prevent sexual harassment. This reproductive health pocket book was declared effective because researchers had conducted field trials by distributing pre-test and post-test to the students, and the result was more students could answer the post-test correctly.
