Abstract
Growing world trade, competition is something that can not be avoided. Therefore, a company claimed to can always improve any system within it and can always follow the existing developments in order to maintain the life of his company. To be able to know the level of performance of a company, it can be a performance measurement. With the existence of performance measurement, it will provide an overview and evaluation of existing performance current to the company . PT. XYZ is a company that produces hair care cosmetic products. PT. XYZ wants to continue to progress in order to compete with companies producing other cosmetic products. As a company that wants to continue to develop PT. XYZ has participated vision contributed to the improvement of the quality of human life throughout the world, in particular by providing products of high quality cosmetics, hair from the results of research and development we are doing as well as having a mission to satisfy customers with quality products, price and service better and faster through participation and cooperation of all employees, principals and partners of cooperation. In the production department of PT. XYZ often received complaints from customers due to product M received many complaints. This resulted in decreasing order of PT. ABC which resulted in the production capacity of PT. XYZ be up – down During this Page. XYZ in measuring performance only with a view of the financial side. But there are weaknesses of performance measurement, it can not be traced further role in the cause of the decline in performance so that improvements can be done to improve the performance of a general nature only. Performance measurement will use the method of Integrated Performance Measurement Systems. By doing this performance measurement, then the end result of this measurement, the company has a performance value of 3.720 which means cukup.Untuk each stakeholder is the customer, company owners, employees, and suppliers have a total value of the performance of each of 4.044, 4.241, 3.296, 3.387 .
