| The development of information systems in the era of globalization makes it easier to distribute and achieve the information. U.D Saudara Jaya is a MSME in the textile industry. In the business process, there are owners, sales departments, warehouse parts, and financial departments that need integrated data. But the information flow is not integrated because there is no system to facilitate each part of department. As a result, warehouse stock data cannot be known, data on entry and exit of products is not clearly recorded, and the store does not have clear and neat financial statements. The store only has a transaction report attached in the invoice and it is still manually written.. In solving these problems, information systems are used as a solution to help integrated the information into each department. The study was conducted to design an integrated online business information system. The method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify information needs or data flow in each part of the store, design information systems, and build a construct from the information system. In designing information there are functions in each section, including monitoring, recording, and reporting that has been adjusted to the needs of each part. The designed information system able to make reports on warehouse stock in real time, reports on income, expense reports, cash flow reports, and a guidebook. Information systems that have been designed, directly applied to the store directly. The advice given by the information system that has been made is the development of information systems to be accessed via smartphones. Extending the scope of information systems, so that it is not only limited to the internal environment but the external part also has functions in this information system. The last suggestion is that naming the product code by using a barcode. |
