Isi artikelThe phenomena occurring in Indonesia, nowadays, seem to be accused to education sector as the failure of building character for people’s perspicacity. It can be proved that people’s divergence in action comes to the evidence of which education has not acted to be a central solution. That case is pertinently attached to how the learning process works. As matter of fact, the roguishness has been operating in the college which allowed to cheating. But, it is not discussed because some people considered that it is so trifling and unimportant whereas its activities are truly the major problem. According to the laws of Indonesian Republic No.20 in 2003 which legislated National education system on chapter II article 3, the education has a function to develop capabilities and form good characters within the highly nation culture for the sake of advancing the students’ potency in order to be a faithful human and God-fearing, having good attitudes, health, having science, capable, creative, autonomous, and a democratic and responsible citizen. Therefore, the institutes in Indonesia are generally referred to the aims of national education. The particular point, in this case, is that studying is individual activity which is deliberately chosen to have an awareness and understanding of self contribution. It means that the students are ideally treated to act more than what they have privilege rights at their colleges. In other words, studying is not only a sense of having a technical creativity but also a good self efficacy even a strong motivation to raise the particular achievements
