| Cross-border trade transaction is undeniable, particularly the fact that ASEAN Region in 2016 has entered into ASEAN Economic Community. There are high expectations that it will promote trade transactions among ASEAN member countries. Such increase in trade transactions not only from its nominal value, but should also be supported by good trade contracts which regulate procedures and implementation of the contract. Harmonization of ASEAN contract law then will enable and facilitate contract implementation and minimizing possible contract dispute. |
