The purpose of this study was to analyze to comparative advantage and competitive advantage, betta fish exports in international markets, and analyze the impact of government policy on export of betta fish. The result showed that the betta fish has a comparative advantage and competitive advantage, and have high competitiveness as an export commodity, while the impact of government policy on output and input on business betta fish causes a decrease in revenue
