The Purpose of This Research was to Examine the organizational leadership behaviours in the publicly listed companies according to industry sector, firms' ownership, and the organizational performance, Return o0n Investment (ROI). A survey was used to collect data from various publicly listed companies in the greater area of jakarta. The survey measured the perceptions on twelve organizational leadership behaviours. The survey questionaire on organizational leadership behaviours was adopted from Yuli's Tri Dimensional Leadership model. The organizational Performance measures were taken From Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Fifty Two questionaires were collected by using Purposive sampling technique. The One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Was Used for Analyzing the data. The result showed that only Recognizing leadership behaviour for the swasta PMA companies was significantly higher than tha swasta PMDN and BUMN companies.
