The variables used in this study were work-life balance, work stress, and job satisfaction. The samples studied were 100 employees of PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk. Sampling using the convenience sampling method. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of processing data using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk. While job stress significantly influences the job satisfaction of employees of PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk. In addition, from the results of the study it can be seen that work-life balance and work stress together influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk.
