Isi artikel
he majority of perinatal morbidity after in vitro fertilization (IVF) is due to multiple pregnancy; however, even singleton infants are at an increased risk for adverse outcomes. We have summarized data that evaluates adverse outcomes in IVF infants and recent attempts to delineate the underlying causes of this risk. We submit that practitioners of reproductive medicine should remain at the forefront of this investigation.
