This paper attempts to estimate median age at marriage for Pakistan and its regions from census data. Urban-rural differentials and trends in age at marriage have also been discussed. An effort has been made to analyze the errors in Pakistan's enumeration data, adjust the reported proportions single, and re-estimate age at marriage in that country.
