Abstract
Teh Dorong is a home production business selling thai tea flavored beverages mixed with condensed milk. This product can be an alternative choice for people who love thai milk tea and are looking for different experience in drinking thai tea with cheaper price. The variety of flavors will be offered in the future such as green tea, lychee tea, jasmine tea, etc. Teh Dorong has a vision to be one of the thai tea producer in Jakarta and Tangerang that provide unique aroma and compact packaging. Our missions are to use the best ingredients, to maintain the flavor and aroma, to find restaurants and stores, and to give our best service to customers. The market target is people in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang who love thai tea especially teenagers and yougsters. The market opportunity of Teh Dorong by sales estimated at Rp 365,000,000 by the end of 2018. The market strategy is to sell thai tea with unique aroma in a bottle of 250ml that is easier for customer to carry. The price fixing is based on the standard mark-up pricing method. Teh Dorong will operate in South Tangerang and East Jakarta, Cipinang area. The initial investment in Teh Dorong is Rp 37,000,000 with 13 months of payback period.
