Abstract
Piring Panas Gepuk Ny. Lik restaurant is one of the restaurant use fast food concept. One of the product that can be offer of the restaurant is crispy chicken and or crispy meat that mashed with spicy souce that can be customized with consumer desired, complete with rice and soup served with hot plate. So to establish this business required funds amounting to Rp 50.000.000,- consisting of fixed assets investment of Rp. 19.880.000,- and working capital of Rp 30.120.000,-. Net profit in 2019 amounted to Rp. 33.522.000,- and increased to Rp. 201.561.933,-, with an average growth rate 37% every year. Market opportunity to build this business based on Indonesian society is more to choose casual dining such as fast food restaurant, based on the projected sales in 2019 of Rp 476.000.000,- and increased to Rp 1.088.000.000,- in 2023 with an average growth of 18% every year.
