It is hard to establish consumer relationship betwee students and a lecturer or between students and the university, which means that students as consumers have autonomy. Students canot be treated as truly consumer because they are different from common business consumers. Meanwhile, we prevent them from being passive students. Accordingly, the suitable treatment for the students is "treating them as partner" in establishing high quality edication. This means that the gap between students and the edication process will be narrowed, and the learning process will intensify. Furthermore, the university staff will be more supportive in the education process.
