Abstract
This study has the purpose to determine whether there is influence between organizational commitment on job satisfaction through employee motivation in PT.X. The variable in this study is the commitment of the organization as an independent variable, employee motivation as an intervening variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by questionnaires to 44 employees spread PT.X. Sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling method with covenience sampling technique. Processing data using path analysis (path analysis). The result was a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee motivation. Organizational commitment variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction and employee motivation variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The end result is no significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable.
