Abstract
This research was conducted in order to determine whether the career development and organizational support simultaneous effect on job satisfaction of female employees at PT. bank X, Y and Z. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. This study took a sample of 95 female employees who worked at PT. Bank X, Y and Z. The results of data processing using SPSS 22 for windows. From the research findings career female employees have organizational support, career development and job satisfaction level is relatively high. Career Development and Organization support influence positively and significantly on job satisfaction in female employees who worked in Bank X, Y and Z.
