Nowadays, there are many people who want to have orthodontic treatment, but there are people who are unable to have orthodontic treatment although the case is fit and they have no finacial problem. The reason is that they have allergic reaction to fixed orthodontics appliance, or to a certain substance conteded in the materials used in fabrication of fixed appliance or in the treatment itself. The purpose of this writing is to discuss more about kind of allergic reaction in order to give the best result for the patient. The method used based on scientific information collected from related source and textbooks. It can be concluded that the orthodontist is urged to extend more serious attention on this particular aspect for the best of their pateints.
