The customary law of inheritance, for process of inheritance among the heirs to the deceased must have rope familial o no relationship marriage. The objective of this paper isto discuss the customary law of inheritance. The method used library research and related data from other sources. The collated data were anallyzed qualitative descriptively. It is concluded thet the inheritanceshall remain the property that belongs to the heirs. In a patrilineal kinship structure of property inherited by the heir to one of he boys only. In a kinship structure that perental estate inherited by her son and husband and wife who are still alive.
