Online transportation companies are now growing very fast and widely used among the people, so it becomes one of the interesting research objects to be studied. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, monetary price, behavior price, word of mouth and affective image of reorder intention. The method used in the research to process data that has a causality relationship using structural equation modeling (SEM). The result of the research shows that there are three hypotheses with relationship which have positive influence that is relationship between service quality which positively influence to monetary price, service quality positively influence to behavior price and service quality positively influence to affective image. This research also has managerial implications that useful for the online transportation company such as doing customer service training to the online transport drivers and providing live support chat program on the help menu in the application or website. |
