Abstract
PT. Tri Cipta Teknindo is a Mold and Die producer and main supplier of various products used in telecommunication and automotive industry which do production with job order production system. Job order production is the process of making custom or unique products for certain customers. Sometimes job order production is also called job order or custom manufacturing production for each order is customized orders. That requires precise measurement of the performance, which is not only racing from the aspect of financial and human resources. But currently PT. Tri Cipta Teknindo does not have a performance measurement method based solely on employee perspective. Performance appraisal at PT. Tri Cipta Teknindo uses traditional measurements and is based solely on testimonials from each division's supervisors on employees. Then Performance Prism method is the most suitable method for the problem of PT. Tri Cipta Teknindo because this method is a performance measurement that prioritizes the importance of aligning the overall corporate (stakeholder) aspect into a strategic measurement framework.
