BA1 undergoes heat loss during the process of heating water to boiling, as well as excessive water evaporation. The solution applied is to create an insulator on BA1 that equipped with an insulated cover in order to reduce heat loss. This study was analyzed by heat transfer science before and after the isolator was applied to BA1. The research method is experimental method by measuring the mass of LPG gas used in the heating process and the vaporization test, and the time required for the heating process. From the research results, the heating process obtained 30 minutes from the initial time of 52 minutes is 42% efficient, the use of gas can be saved 11.46 kg from the initial weight of 17.31 kg this means 34% efiecient, and evaporation of water obtained by 4 cm from evaporation early 6 cm about 33% efficient.
