Abstract
Indonesia is one of the country where the development of Apparel industry becomes the centre of attention. The growth of apparel and textile industry is rapid and uncertain for every situation. Case study in PT X is about how to reduce the constraint, waste, and propose better condition of producing apparel. By reducing the waste as non-value-added activity and remove the constraint, will increase the productivity. Integrated method of Theory of Constrain, Lean Thinking, and Six Sigma approach is a combination of waste elimination, evaluated constrain, and continuous improvement technique. Using DMAIC as a core method is to reach the better improvement through customer view, and by integrate it with TOC, the focus of organizational is still considered. Define the waste and constraint, measure, and analyse it with cause and effect diagram, the improvement of situation is proposed using new standardise work and SOP, as well as new system in
production runs.
