Linear solenoid generally available using one winding. Linear solenoid has developed for soccer robot competition. Other studies, solenoids are made and proved that is the best mechanism for kicking device. This solenoid prototype using two windings. The plunger actuator using permanent magnet to utilized its magnetic field and lightweight. This two windings solenoid study to produce two different kick movements. The movement of plunger actuator managed by DPDT switch to change electric current polarity. The results of design and discussion, the mechatronic system including electric circuit has been successfully designed to reach high speed actuator.
