Transjakarta currently focuses not only on the Jakarta area, but the services’ has served the area outside Jakarta. The existence of the Jakarta exit route helps the commuters to move in Jakarta, but the problems of traffic conditions, services, experience, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavior intention become obstacles complained of and found in observations made. This research discussed about efficiency from prioritized attributes.. The purpose of this research is to know how efficiency and service performance for Transjakarta route is cross-border based on prioritizing attribute, where for attribute priority is done by using refined Kano model and efficiency calculation is done by using envelopment analysis (DEA) data. This research uses scenario analysis which is done to know the priority of attribute, performance, and efficient in different condition, such as peak hour, non peak hour, and weekend and the direction ride into Jakarta and ride outside. The final results of this study indicate that there are routes with inefficient and / or low performance, but there are routes that have high performance and are efficient. |
