Prima Suksestama. In this research, there are four variables divided in independent variable (X) that is work environment and work culture, intervening variable (Z) that is work motivation and dependent variable (Y) that is employee performance. This data processing using the method of analysis diagram with the help of software statistical package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Before conducting path analysis test, validity test and reliability test were then performed 3 prerequisite test ie Normality Error Test with Liliefors Test, Homogeneity Test with Barlett Test and Significance and Linearity Test with Analysis of Variance (ANAVA). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of relationships between variables in accordance with the research model. Respondents of this research are employees of PT. Prima Suksestama, amounting to 59 people. The result of this research is known that there is direct relation of work environment to work motivation, work culture to work motivation, work environment to employee performance, work culture to employee performance and direct relation between work motivation to employee performance. Suggestions for PT. Prima Suksestama is to observe the state of the working environment and implement a good working environment within the company, create a good working atmosphere among workers, regulations that make employees work better and relationships among workers more and companies must protect their employees so that employees work on target and more take the initiative in work.
