Nowadays, one of the urgent needs to improve the performance of national educaiton and the life quantity of nation is a national education system based on a realistic perspective about real life that has obvious goals and trgets and complemented by an effective implementation strategy. On the contrary, there will be no hope if the national educational system is based on some ideas that come from primordial interests and emphasizes on political rhetoric.
