| This research was conducted to find out alternative of product delivery which more advantage to company, between buying or renting. To determine the transport vehicle that is purchased between 3 alternatives, the AHP method is used. Criteria considered in AHP method are price, maintenance and operation. The study was conducted by comparing the NPV value between the two alternatives. The selected alternative is alternative M with the largest percentage of 62%. This is because alternative M has high value from price and maintenance criteria (37% and 18%). After determining the unit to be purchased, calculate NPV value for alternative renting and buying. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that buying alternatives are more profitable than rent because the value of NPV issued relatively small. The difference from the spending of the two alternatives will be a consideration that the company has made savings. |
