Abstract
The performance and efficiency of the work of a motor vehicle is believed to be better if the type of fuel with engine specifications is used appropriately. This can be seen by analyzing exhaust emissions on machine work. In addition, the efficiency of the combustion engine can also be seen from the temperature of the radiator liquid where the engine will work more efficiently at its ideal temperature. In the final section of this thesis, it shows how to realize the test bench that can be used for research activities or testing to see the magnitude of the effect of octane number of fuel on exhaust emissions and radiator fluid temperature. The engine used in the design of this test bench embodiment is a Suzuki engine with a series of 1.493cc G15A engine with fuel injector and ECU control.
