Abstract
PT Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in advertising services. One of the problem that occurs at PT Jaya Abadi was the high level of employee turnover. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload, and job satisfaction to employee turnover intention on PT Jaya Abadi. Method of collection data used in this research is observation, interview and questionnaire dissemination. Sampling technique is acccidental sampling with the number of respondents as much as 56 respondents. Data processing method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on variant, that is PLS (Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study showed that the compensation positively and significantly to job satisfaction, but has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload
negatively and significant to job satisfaction, but has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction positively and not significant to turnover intention.
