Abstract
Transport is a key aspect which enables people to access many places. However, On-Demand Transportation starts taking important role in modern urban transportation and changing daily use of other public transportation. This changes may affect the whole urban transportation system.Therefore, it becomes important to measure the performance of On-Demand Transportation and see how it affect users decision in choosing between many modes of On-Demand Transportation. This research is used to perform the maximum utilization for users in using On-Demand Transportation. The performance model is built by Analythical Hierarchy Process method and integrated by linier programming (Mathematical Modelling), to then be solved by MATLAB R2015a and Excel Solver. The model is performed to maximize performance and minimize cost of using On-Demand Transportation. The Data is collected of 70 respondents for scoring and specific decision maker for AHP priority rating. The result shows that the optimum solution (based on distance variable) occur to mostly Online Transportation such as Uber and Grab for having minimum fares and Gojek for having the highest performance weight. While Conventional Taxi and Ojek need to be improved to equalize them.
