Along with technological developments at the entire world, the governments have followed the current trending digital era, which is called electronic government. E-Government is applied to every single government units, including passport online queueing services. This passport online queueing site system is still considered not so good by the users, while this site requires a lot of user interaction. This study examines the efficiency of passport online queueing site using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method which is referenced to user perception. Variables used in this research are user’s expectation that will result user perception. Scale of this research measurement is using 311 respondents questionnaire. This research results a number of efficient attributes, as well as inefficient attributes which are using E-Government Quality (eGovQual) approach. The ineffiecient attributes are also based on the expectation dan perception value gaps and the value of the output lacks. From the 32 attributes studied, there are 16 attributes that belong to the priority of major improvements based on consideration of the level of inefficiency (slack) and gap of the two variables. |
