Atma Jaya Catholic Universty of Indonesia has just started a new campus in Bumi Serpong Damai area. As the result of this events, the students have to move and also look for a new accommodation to reach the new campus. Many students decided to rent a room at boarding house or rent a house because their homes are too far from the campus. To ease the student for reaching the campus, Sinar Mas Land provides free shuttle bus services. However, it turns out most of the students have never been riding the shuttle bus to the new campus. It is because they don’t know how to use it, and there is no any other information of the service. Therefore, this research aims to give a proposal of a route and schedule to the shuttle bus service. The shortest service route hopefully could help the passengers, especially Atma Jaya students, to arrive in the shortest time. In order to get the fastest route, the datathat has been obtained will be processed by using the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) solving method. Routes that have been produced will be simulated. The purpose of the simulation is to evaluate the routes. The result of this simulation is the amount of lap within the specified time. After getting the best and fastest route, a detailed bus service schedule will be made for each stop. |
