Now his Australian company, Incat, makes high-speed ferries for customers around the world-and charges a cool $100 million each. Four Incat ferries operate in Asia- two in South Korea and two in Japan-and Clifford sees the region as the next great expansion opportunity, especially in China. If all goes as planned, Incat will soon sign a deal to build up to ten boats for Chinese customer-its largest single order since the company was founded in 1977.
